A tiny speaker that attaches to your pet’s collar was funded on a recent episode of Shark Tank. Robert Herjavec invested $499,000 for a 33% interest in the company. The developer of the speaker, Michelle Winowich, indicated that she has sold more than $2 million worth of the product in the last 6 months through a deal with PetSmart.
I can’t say I really understand this product. You can play music on the speaker or give your pet a “voice” by recording or typing what you want them to say. That seems like it would be fun for about 10 minutes.
Anyway, the speaker costs $19.99 and is available for dogs, cats and birds.
