There are some interesting new pet tech products that are getting crowdfunded. VARRAM, a smart robot, has raised over $230,000 from 576 backers. Felik, billed as the world’s first AI-powered pet toy, has raised almost $24,000 from 177 backers. Guardian Orb, a smart tracker that can be used on the go, has raised over $68,000 from 459 backers, and VAVA mobile pet cam has raised over $35,000 from 211 backers.
The VARRAM robot seems the most intriguing. With it’s camera and treat-dispensing feature, it looks like a movable Furbo. And with almost a quarter million in funding, it may have the best chance of succeeding.
